About the Rock River

The Rock River spans 320 miles from Horicon Marsh in Wisconsin on down into Illinois where it continues for 155 miles flowing down to the confluence of the Mississippi River here in the Quad Cities in Rock Island.

The Rock is a scenic waterway with no barge traffic due to its low head dams, from Sterling to the Quad Cities area, we have over 60 miles of scenic unobstructed water to enjoy which makes the Rock River a prime waterway for paddling events.

So, sign up today for one or all 3 of our races

on the Rock River.
